A Very SPECIAL Moment...

TODAY was a significant day for me...
Denise and I finally got to deliver Book 8 "Why CHRISTMAS MATTERS" to our client, and to the dear friend it was dedicated to.
My brother-in-Christ, Gord Tams, is an Elder in his church, and always a bringer of cheer, joy and encouragement to all around him. He is a pillar of the community, and we've been blessed to befriend him in the last couple of years.
Book 8 might not have existed without him! After learning what I did last year, Gord spoke to his sister Mickey Van Seeters, because she distributes Christmas books every year to the kids in her church. She became my client, (now counted as a friend tooš„°š,) commissioning me to do this custom book in honour of Gord.
It was important to Mickey and me that this book accurately reflect our vision, without straying from Scripture. We have reviewed and edited the script together several times to achieve that goal, then she entrusted me to produce the accompanying illustrations as I saw fit.
I am very pleased with the result, but seeing Mickey and Gord's faces today as they received their Print copies was the "Icing on the cake!" It took an entire YEAR to reach this moment, but worthwhile dreams require commitment and perseverance.
I am so grateful for this opportunity and their trust in me to create this work. It has been a Labour of Love, and judging by the substantial public interest, this could be the book that finally helps me "break through" into the mass market.
Regardless, it has been an EPIC experience I will never regret committing to.
This one's a MASTERPIECE that will touch hearts!
