CORN FEST 2025 is coming this weekend!

Greetings, Captain CHOO Fans!šŸ˜


LOTS of events "on-the-go!"

-Aug 22-23: We will be vendors in the Taber Community Centre for TABER CORN FEST 2025! Come see us Friday evening, and all day Saturday!

-Aug 30: We are hanging out in DUCHESS, AB for their Duchess Street Fair & Block Party.

-Sep 5: We are doing a Captain CHOO Book reading, Book sales, Treasure Draw, and FREE photo opp at COALDALE PUBLIC LIBRARY.

-Sep 13: We are Book vendors at BROOKS Farmers Market.


All these events require significant planning and coordination. This entire year been a roller-coaster journey.

I can honestly say I'm very proud of the 150% effort we have put in, and what we have accomplished since launching shows just last year.


I need to say...NONE of this would have happened without the support/partnership of my brilliant Wife, Sales Manager, and First Mate, Denise Chouhan, AKA "the LIONESS of Penzance!"šŸ„°


God is my Rock, but she is my firm Foundation, always tempering my OCD and anxiety, as my perfectionist personality stresses over ensuring every miniscule detail is right. She Believes in my Vision, calms me when I obsess over small stuff, and helps me navigate all the inevitable hiccups. And she's even interested enough to want to join me in "role-playing" as the First Mate! All of that keeps me going!

Captain CHOO would not exist as a viable business without Denise.


I am so grateful for the wonderful woman God has blessed me with.šŸ’–
