Hello FANS!šŸ˜

I'm giving you an INSIDE Behind-the Scenes PEEK!


It's always a BLAST getting people whom the world has numbed to reconnect with their inner child, and explore their phantasy dreams!

That said, it is bittersweet, as often they look at what you're doing and assume your life is nothing but fun and frolic.


I want you to know HOW MUCH WORK is involved in creating the personas that you witness:

I had to Write the backstories for both of us.

We have spent the last TWO YEARs meticulously collecting, modifying, and even creating every individual component that comprises the outfits of Captain CHOO and First Mate the LIONESS of Penzance!


The cost of buying similar quality complete outfits is EXORBITANT, so we've done it the hard way, making our own jewellery (from rings, earrings, to necklaces), making hats, braiding/sewing wigs, and creating side characters like Chimmy, Tumbi and Peggy who complete the lore.

BUT...The resulting accolades have made it all worthwhile!


I'm extremely particular about every item, as I want them to appear genuine or at least period-specific, not cheap, tacky knock-offs. Here you see the various wigs and hats of both crew members, as well as the rack of Captain CHOO's outfits. (The LIONESS has a whole closet of her own outfits.) We need more than one outfit, as we were doing back-to-back shows, and, especially in the summer heat, you sweat profusely!šŸ˜…


It is a Labour of Love, because I believe in the vision, and always give my Best.

Judging by the feedback, EVERYONE has been blown away by the final presentation.


Starting last Fall at Corn Fest 2024, this entire year has been a BLOWOUT year for marketing the brand, and the reception we've had has been overwhelmingly positive!


I'm grateful for all of you who have believed with me and are following our journey.šŸ˜
