Another big leap, as we placed and received a considerable order, to top up our "Captain CHOO" Inventory of Hard and Soft Copies.
Blurb has really pulled back on the good promo codes that allow me to keep my prices affordable and viable. Thus, I only get the opportunity to order once or twice a year, and the code has a maximum "cap," so I can only order so much at a time. That means ALL of these books are designated for a possible trade show at Taber CORN FEST.
The town won't commence vendor bookings for a few months yet, so that event remains tentative, but we're excited (and nervous) about having a booth AND also role-playing in Costume as Captain CHOO and First Mate Mrs CHOO. We're going in with the attitude that we're just going to have fun and do our best, and we'll see where it leads.😅
In other news, I have started preliminary steps on my first "commissioned" work, and I'm looking forward to sharing a little about that in the next post.
